Recommended for ages 3-9. Please plan to arrive at the Museum at least fifteen minutes prior to the performance to allow time for parking.

Tickets purchased online more than seven days before a performance will be mailed. Tickets purchased online less than seven days before a performance will be held at the Will Call desk. Please note that all sales are final.

The Caboose Mystery

Join Steve the Magic Conductor in our Bickford Theatre for an exciting adventure filled with magic, storytelling, comedy, theater and audience participation, to search for clues, laugh, learn, explore, and solve the great train mystery.  Volunteers will be turned into Conductors in Training, meet Chestnut the Squirrel, and join in to help make the magic happen. Part of the All Aboard the Train! Day Family Festival.

Sylvie is sent to the backyard to hang up the laundry. The moment her back is turned, a mischievous squirrel steals her favorite piece of clothing and runs off. When Sylvie gives chase, an entire world emerges from her laundry basket, and curious characters show her the way through mysterious lands. Will our lonely heroine rescue her underpants and discover the magic within herself? Join us on this adventure to find out!

Jane’s Jungle Adventure

Jane is lost in the jungle and no longer has use of her trusted GPS. With the help of her new friend, Tarzan, and his jungle animal family, she is able to navigate through the trees to her camp site. Kids will get a chance to “monkey around” with the characters throughout this performance and be part of the show! With a little imagination, they will become different jungle animals, assisting Jane as she treks through the trees. A surprise awaits her when she reaches her camp – what can it be?

Schoolhouse Rock

Tom, a nerve-wracked school teacher nervous about his first day of teaching, tries to relax by watching TV when various characters inside him come out of the tv and show him how to win his students over with imagination and music. Features such beloved Emmy winning Schoolhouse Rock songs as “Just A Bill,” “Lolly, Lolly, Lolly” and “Conjunction Junction.”
