Quality photographic duplications of materials in the collection are offered for research, publication, and commercial use. All materials are photographed on-site by either our professional staff or custom photographer.

Orders are accepted in person, by telephone, letter, fax, or e-mail. Please note that any information about, or photocopies of the image that you are requesting can be important in locating the correct image you desire. Both digital reproduction publication fees will apply. An invoice will be forwarded to you requesting prepayment with the order being processed upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, or check. Checks should be made payable to Morris Museum and mailed to the address above with a copy of the invoice.

Please note that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process orders involving new photography. A minimum $5 domestic mailing fee is added to all orders unless other arrangements are made to have the materials picked up or shipped at the patron’s expense. For international orders, shipping & handling fees will be calculated upon request/order.

Permission to reproduce material from the collection must be granted in writing and is at the discretion of the Morris Museum. All permission is granted on a per-use basis. A contract will be forwarded outlining all photo credit requirements, object identification details, and fees for non-exclusive one-time use. Images cannot be altered without special permission. The user of supplied reproductions assumes all responsibilities for using them in conformity with existing copyright laws and will be required to supply the Morris Museum with a copy of any publication or project in which the image(s) appear.

Digital Reproductions– Includes basic color correction. Burned to a CD in JPEG &/or TIFF format when available, with sRGB color representation & approximate dimension being 8.5 x 11.5

Requests for filming, videotaping, or photography by outside professionals are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Collections Manager for further information and fees.
