Nature’s Splendor: The 6th Annual Highlands Juried Art Exhibit
August 1, 2019 – November 3, 2019
Organized by the New Jersey Highlands Coalition, in association with the Morris Museum, the sixth annual Juried Highlands Art exhibit will once again incorporate paintings, drawings, photography, mixed-media and sculpture, which emphasize the wealth of natural and cultural resources found throughout the Highlands region.
Artists were invited to submit work for the exhibit until May 23, 2019. The works selected must have been inspired by the landscapes, flora, fauna, and cultural and historic features found in the four-state Highlands region. New this year is the addition of a Youth Category for artists under the age of 18, and a Sculpture/3-D category. Selected entries will be exhibited in the Morris Museum’s Hedley Gallery with the three top prize winners also shown at Studio 7 Fine Art Gallery in Bernardsville, NJ.
