Our Event Spaces
The stunning glass Entrance Pavilion serves as the gateway to the museum galleries, as well as the Bickford Theatre. Incorporating sleek modern architecture with original brick walls of our Georgian-style mansion, the Entrance Pavilion is perfect for cocktail receptions, dinners, presentations and more.
Capacity: 140 reception / 120 seated (Seating capacity varies based on room configuration)
A one-of-a-kind area, linking the 1913 Twin Oaks mansion with a modern two-story promenade, the Museum Court boasts a breathtaking skylight, allowing natural light to shine through. Central to the museum’s galleries, including the museum’s Guinness Collection exhibition, the Court is a unique and spacious area to hold a reception, shower or meeting.
Capacity: 100 reception / 85 seated (Seating capacity varies based on room configuration)
The museum’s 312-seat Bickford Theatre is ideal for meetings, presentations, recitals, plays, concerts or symposiums plus wedding ceremonies. Our on-site technical director will assist with plans for your event. Receptions or dinner parties can be arranged to precede or follow your presentation in the theatre.

The original foyer of our historic Twin Oaks mansion, Hennessy Hall is a beautifully decorated space that serves well as an attractive backdrop for small receptions or an additional space for larger events. During the holiday season, the stately staircase is adorned with festive garland, serving as a lovely focal point for your event.
Can be used for a small intimate wedding or as a quaint conference space.
Capacity: 80 reception / 50 seated (Seating capacity varies based on room configuration)
Ideal for executive dinners, luncheons, family occasions, showers, presentations or other small gatherings, the elegant Dodge Room is located in the original Twin Oaks mansion. Its décor includes historic moldings, a baby grand piano, antique furniture, artwork and sculpture. Rental of the Dodge Room may be combined with Hennessy Hall for an intimate event.
Can be used for a small intimate wedding or as a quaint conference space.

Located on the upper level of the mansion, the Conference Room is equipped with a large conference table, side table for refreshments and private restroom. Of special note is the hand-painted mural depicting life on the Twin Oaks farm during the 1920s. This was the original master bedroom of the mansion. This room can also be used by bridal parties to prepare for their wedding/reception. It has plenty of natural light for having your make-up applied. The conference room also includes a floor length mirror.
