Announcing the Bickford Theatre Fall/Winter 2025-26 season!

With the Back Deck series continuing to delight audiences outdoors through September 20, we are happy to announce plans for the Fall-Winter season indoors at the Bickford Theatre. This year features a dynamic offering of classical, jazz, film, dance, and more as our theater continues to be a place of community convenings and artistic excellence.

The season includes a new collaboration between the Morris Museum and WBGO Presents: All That Jazz, featuring acclaimed jazz musicians such as pianist and composer Alex Bugnon among others to be announced. Returning favorite Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey is developing another edition of the “Music Box Series” that uses objects from the Guinness Collection of Mechanical Musical Instruments and Automata as a source of inspiration for their program and will include works by Verdi and Beethoven.

Carolyn Dorfman Dance will be in residence for a week in December to present the 25th anniversary of her seminal work Mayne Mentshn (My People), and the highly popular Duke Ellington’s Nutcracker and the Grinch Suites performed by the Water Gap Jazz Orchestra returns for its third year.

The new year begins with Orpheus Chamber Orchestra featuring violinist Stella Chen, followed by a 100th birthday tribute concert to the late Bucky Pizzarelli featuring Martin Pizzarelli. In addition, a new program of art-related films runs monthly on Wednesdays starting in September.

More to be announced!
