Making their Lot of Strings debut, the Boston based Balourdet Quartet has quickly made a name for themselves as rising stars in classical music!
They are currently in residence at the New England Conservatory’s Professional String Quartet Program, received the Gold Medal in the 2020 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition and the Second Prize in the 2019 Carl Nielsen International Chamber Music Competition, and, most recently, top prize at the Borciani Competition in Italy.

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor performances will be held inside the Museum’s Bickford Theatre. Masks are required while in the Bickford Theatre.
