Have you ever wanted to record the details of a spring flower before it fades? This workshop teaches how to observe and create realistic botanical art, using colored pencils with watercolor colored pencils. Demonstrations will review how to capture intimate botanical details through the use of foundational principles such as proportion, form, perspective, tone, value, and basic color theory. These techniques provide students with an opportunity to connect and capture nature’s beauty. This class is open to all skill levels.
